Sunflower Fields in Virginia: Where to Take Photos and What Sunflower Festivals to Attend

About a year ago I went to my first true sunflower field in Virginia. For a Virginia girl, that’s a shame! I had no idea how plentiful they were around here and just how magical they are in person. I took my camera and tripod and set out on a journey to capture myself for myself. It was a really rewarding experience and I wanted to be sure I shared the fun with everyone. It’s really an option for anyone, anywhere in Virginia. Intern Vicky Glass helped me scour the internet and make sure we had the most up-to-date list of sunflower fields in Virginia for 2022. We also added in visitation times, costs, helpful tips, and event ideas! You know we love a good food truck and a festival vibe, friends.

Keep scrolling for the Sweet Sauce list of sunflower fields in Virginia. If you think we missed one or it needs an update, send all the details to sweetsauceblog@gmail.com! We’ll make sure it’s added in.
