If you picked up a Style Weekly last month, then you read my edit about Summer 2018 summer fashion trends. Ash Rose was top of the list. This Lavender-infused hue is all over the racks of my favorite boutiques and online shopping favorites. I hadn’t found the right item to add the color to my wardrobe, yet.

Ash Rose is listed in the Pantone Fashion Trend Report for spring and summer. This feminine shade nods to the warmth of nature. The color plays well with many hues including bright white, crisp navy and earthy green.

As I prepared for my New Orleans Trip, I stumbled upon this adorable lavender dress. The affordable ruffled creation is less than $30. It is feminine, breezy, and flattering. Bonus: the off-the-shoulder shape flattered my shoulders, kissed by the sun after a morning at the pool.
