Food + Fashion Tour of Carytown

Friends, family, and followers, I’m excited to announce the launch of Food + Fashion Tours in partnership with River City Food Tours.
As you know, I took a Food Tour of Carytown earlier this year. Read the full post here.
If you couldn’t tell from the post, I was inspired by the concept. I love Richmond for BOTH its food and fashion. I felt like there was a world unlocked to me when I took the Food Tour that I would never have access to. As I’ve grown to love and become a part of the local fashion community in Richmond, I want the opportunity to bring locals and visitors alike behind the scenes of the fashion business just as I was able to see behind the curtain of some of Richmond’s most loved restaurants.
With that desire and goal, I have been working for the past couple months putting together something totally new in partnership with local restaurants and boutiques. The first Food + Fashion Tour of Richmond will take place on Wednesday, May 11, 6-8:30 pm.
I would love for you to join me and Brian from River City Food Tours on this first tour where you will get to taste food from restaurants like 10 Italian Cafe, C Street, and Carytown Cupcakes. Not only will you satisfy your taste buds, but you’ll hear directly from restaurant owners about their path to restaurant success. Similarly, you’ll be taken behind the scenes to see the latest trends at stores like Fabrik and Roan while also taking a highly educational trip back in time with Bygones Vintage Clothing.
I promise, we’ve put something together truly unique for you to experience and fall more in love with Richmond.
