Create Easy Outfits by Shopping Consignment in Richmond, VA

“Thrift shopping is really just an extension of me being that same kid and going into a place that’s completely unconventional that has really endless possibilities in terms of outfits that you can put together and really just expressing yourself.”

It’s summer in the south! That means I stick to everything. My outfits are built of dresses, easy layers to take on and off and accessories that can do a lot of the talking. For the second outfit of my collaboration with Danny Foto and Clothes Mentor, Danny and I went for chiffon frocks and statement bags.

All items are available at Clothes Mentor! Mention this post next time you stop in to their Short Pump or Virginia Center Commons locations and get 20% off all name-brand items and 10% off designer items.

Check out our first post of this three-part series. I talk about why consignment is important to consider as a fashionista and show off a colorful work-ready look.

My closet is spilling over with maxi dresses. They are the easiest way to stay chic and breezy during the summer.

Can we talk about Danny’s shoes and Kate Spade crab bag?! I was kind of obsessed with the bold colors of my Michael Kors bag.

I have a secret, ya’ll! My dress is BACKWARDS! I didn’t know this until after I wore it, but I have to say, I like it better this way. What do you think?!
