Style Profile: Eric on Dressing for a Nonprofit Conference

Who: Eric Prince, Richmond, VA

What: Central Virginia National Philanthropy Day – A day to honor the profession of fundraising and recognize the people who make a big difference by giving and raising money to support nonprofits. Eric is the President of the Humanity Helping Sudan Project. He is also a Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) student.

Eric stood out in the crowd of mostly women and a lot of standard loose-fitting tan, black, or navy suits on the men who attended. Nonprofits are a bit more casual and I think he approached the conference with finesse.

Eric Says:

“My philosophy is to wear what makes you confident.   Confidence is key and I think my fashion matches that some what. I wanted to look professional for this conference, but also fashionable.   I am young so I think I can get away with this look for right now…”

Shirt, Polo

Jacket, donated to Eric after his apartment at VCU burned down in April so he is not actually sure where it is from.  – “I love it though!”

Shoes, Bass Pro Shop

These shoes are a great essential for any modern man.
